Resume

Nicola Gryczka Kirsch is a systems entrepreneur, facilitator, and bridge-builder dedicated to transforming hospitality into a catalyst for regeneration. As Chief Weaving Officer and Partner of the Regenerative Hospitality & Travel Pillar at Regenopolis, she co-leads our collaborative efforts to shift the industry from sustainability toward true regeneration, designing models that restore ecosystems, empower local communities, and elevate human well-being.

Through her practice The Regen Studio, Nicola brings over 15 years of cross-sector experience spanning social entrepreneurship, innovation, and systems change. She previously co-founded and led the Social Gastronomy Movement, a global network uniting chefs and social innovators across 60+ countries to leverage food as a tool for inclusion and transformation.

Her experience ranges from working with marginalized communities in Latin America to shaping global dialogues at the World Economic Forum and EHL (École hôtelière de Lausanne), where she serves as Entrepreneur in Residence and initiator of the Open Innovation Summit.

Nicola’s work is rooted in the belief that hospitality can be a regenerative force, one that not only welcomes but heals and reimagines our relationship with place and one another. She brings creativity, systems thinking, and deep field experience to orchestrate multi-stakeholder collaborations that weave together business, community, and nature toward a thriving future.

Nicola is also a motivational speaker, mentor, and coach, recognized as an IMAGINE Leader (2023), Ashoka Dela Fellow (2022), and Entrepreneur of the Year (2019).
